Join The Village Cheese Shop and The Ruby Tap for a superb line up of wine and cheese, including cheeses featured on Top Chef Wisconsin.  The tasting of 5 wines expertly paired with 5 cheeses will guide us through an exploration of each separately and as a pairing.  Expect to walk away more knowledgeable about both, in this informal and fun experience!

Who will be crowned the 2nd Annual TosaFest Cheese Curd Eating Champion? Each competitor will receive 1 pound of fresh Wisconsin cheese curds. Whoever finishes the 1 pound first or eats the most in 5 minutes is our winner and will receive a special “Best of the Village” prize pack, as well as the Curd Crown, a t-shirt, and bragging rights!

Underwood Experiences Tent

Craft a stunning wood tray with your choice of design and decorative handles to use as the base for your charcuterie board masterpiece for years to come. You will create your own stunning display of cheeses, meats and accompaniments which you will be able to enjoy with a glass of wine at the conclusion of the class. The class can be purchased for an individual or couple. Hosted by The Village Cheese Shop and Grey House Collective.
